10.0Excellent location a short walk from dune and beach access. I you have a dog you need to walk a little further to gain access to dog friendly area, however it is not too far,
− Constant squawking of seagulls. These must be the noisiest and messiest gulls in the UK :) No blinds, curtains or shutters on kitchen or lounge windows which have sun on them for a lot of the day.

10.0Clean property with lots of little added extras which made the stay even better (bbq, marshmallows, treasure hunt for the kids etc). The location was great, about 30 second walk to the dunes behind Camber Sands. We were allowed early check in and late check out which was great! Ali was also very prompt in replying and gave some good recommendations.

10.0The location was fantastic!! It was a couple of minutes to a lovely sandy beach, one way over the beautiful sand dunes which is a steep walk or a couple of mins walk through the car park. The host Ali was easy to contact and responded very promptly to all enquiries. He left lovely touches such as marshmallow kit and a bbq and a treasure chest hunt. The house was spotlessly clean and all bedrooms very comfortable. It was really appreciated that there was milk in the fridge to make a cup of tea/coffee on arrival. Nice garden with a big bench for alfresco dining. Overall 10/10 property and location, stunning beautiful beach, close to pubs, corner shop, restaurant and a cafe. I would definitely recommend and I will be coming back.

9.0close to the beach. the house had everything we could need. perfect for our family holiday.
− the bed main bedroom was quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, the downstairs toilet was a bit of a squeeze for people with mobility issues.
This was a fantastic break and the house, location and friendly locals made it a break to remember.
10.0The location was outstanding. The host also provided a Treasure Hunt for the kids and also a barbecue and marshmallows for them. That extra effort was greatly appreciated and will make fab memories for the children.
