4.0Location good for station and buses. Beds fairly comfy, sofas and dining furniture was comfy and in good order. Masood was very friendly.
− Check in was quite slow and we could have worked most of it out ourselves- some people might find the personal approach welcoming but it is not my preferred one. No info left about appliance or bin/waste sorting or checkout requirements. Bedding appeared clean but towels were musty and some needed rewashing- in the wash room there were various bits of old appliances and leftover packets of things, all a bit odd really. Cleaning was basically done but many of slightly nasty splashes and splodges on walls which some of us cleaned up as we found them, and kitchen equipment was dirty, chaotic and just unpleasant. Showers worked but some smelled strongly of mould. Bedroom furniture was again not super clean, and was slightly chaotic. No privacy at all in room 1 as this was straight onto the street and no blinds or anything.

− Nous avons quelques problèmes avec les sanitaires. Wc bouché. Eau brûlante ou froide dans douches. Compliqué de réglé. Cabine de douche ouverte dans les chambres sans intimité.

10.0It was comfortable and clean. The kids loved it. It was close to the center, and the man who showed us around was incredibly kind and helpful.
Stay was absolutely brilliant I would defo recommend and defo stay again 100% owner was absolutely fantastic from start
10.0Location was brilliant all within walking distance to union street etc, easy to find, very neat and tidy
− I couldn’t fault it, usually have one person to moan about something but had a group of 17 and not one moaned.
