Not pet friendly as stated

The property was clean and close to where we needed to be

− Booked this property on the basis it was pet friendly only to receive a text on the day we arrived stating that no pets were allowed upstairs and that there would be a charge of £230 if any pet hair was found. Our dogs are well disciplined and well behaved. If we had known that only half the house was pet friendly we would not have booked it.

It was a well appointed and very clean property with all the amenities required.

− With only 1 bathroom upstairs, it would have been more practical to have a downstairs toilet, to reduce the pressure, especially when there are 6 persons staying.
