Ok stay, but wouldn’t return
6.0House met our needs, travelling up for the Great North Run. Host accommodated our early check in at 2pm
− House wasn’t cleaned prior to arrival, we did a lot of the cleaning ourselves prior to the cleaners turning up, they were there for about 15 minutes, and didn’t do a thorough clean, but by this point we just wanted clean bedding and towels. House is in major need of refurb in some areas such as the kitchen floor which is coming up and a trip hazard, lots of cupboards etc have doors missing or hanging off, mouldy areas in bathroom and ceiling paint flaking off.

9.0A nice little house with some nice little touches. Good value for money. Very comfortable and handy for everywhere i wanted to go. Thanks for the tea and coffee sachets and milk.
− Steep staircase, but that can't be helped. Watch your head, tall people. I'm from Sunderland, so I'm familiar with this type of house and there are numerous steps where there shouldn't be any. Again, that can't be helped.
