A nice apartment, but not sure I would come there again, mainly because of the noise and the beds

Generally a nice apartment, with two relatively large terraces (that worked very well). The pool was nice too. The most fantastic grocery store just around the corner. Aircondition worked well. The kichen was nice.

− The cleaning was too bad (we found several empty bottles under the bed). The apartment looks worn. The beds were really bad, especially the two double beds. We asked to arrive before 3 pm, that was not possible (which ofcourse is okay), but when we arrived at 3.30 pm, the cleaning was still not finish and we waited for anoter 45 minutes. A lot of noise from the main road (more than expected) but the terrace on the other side of the apartment it was quiret. The sunblind/shutter did not work. Nice with a grill, but it did not work probably (not possible to adjust one of the burner). A small fridge/freezer for 6 persons. The neighborhood was not that interesting.

Terrible. Not book the place where no one is responsible for your booking, just ask for money.

It is in the middle of nowhere. The area is the residential area, not for the tourist. The apartment is difficult to find. Even the Uber could not find it so that he had to drop us on the street. It took us more than 20 minutes to find the place. The good points are sea view which is very far far away, the small pool, and the kitchen. The bedrooms, the bathrooms, the dining and the living areas are not 4 stars, not even 3 stars.

− Service is worst. Sweetstay asked for deposit of 501euro while it is mentioned by booking.com only 300 euro. If you do not agree to do the deposit, you cannot get the code for the key for the apartment. Check in time is 15:00, but when we were there at 16:00 and found the apartment at around 16:20 the room was not yet ready. The maid still cleaned the place. We were there with our son and his family. He accompanied us to the place which if without him, we may not find the place. Our son and his family were there to have dinner with us, and they would go back to their hotel. While we had dinner at the restaurant we got message from the owner that we have to pay 250euro more for 3 persons of our son, his wife and 6 years old son. We send her message that we would be there only 2 persons and the other 3 would leave after dinner. We did not get any reply from the owner. We tried to call, to contact her to clear about this, but she did not reply any calls. After waiting for her reply until 21:00, we decided to leave the apartment with our son to avoid the over payment problem of the extra 250euro. We had to check in the hotel where our son stayed. We had to pay 100euro more. The next morning the owner sent us messages again ask for canceling the booking. Then she asked for 150 euro for check in 3 persons more even no body stayed there. She also sent a photo of broken lamp, and again she asked for 80 euro for it. She claimed that we broke it which we did not even know where it was. We have to pay more than 900 euro for this terrible apartment where we did not stay, and just got refund of 470 euro. We have discussed with booking.com, they just get the information, but no action. Therefore, it will be our last time to book this under-standard service and management.

The apartment was beautiful with fantastic views, excellent for families with lots of space and everything you needed in apartment also very clear puls the added bonus having a pool (the kids loved) Also very friendly staff Thanks again sweetstay
