− Ikke mulig å skru ned air condition ved sengen, og bare ha på den på kjøkkenet. Ble veldig kaldt, eller alt for varmt Det var desverre et takvindu rett over sengen i øverste etasje der rullegardinen ikke var lystett. Ble veldig mye lys i ansiktet på morgensolen

10.0Exceptional stay - wonderful location, attentive staff, extremely clean + modern. Some of the MOST comfortable bedding EVER. The third floor suite is a DREAM with a stunning view of Chania. One of the best stays I've ever had.

10.0We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. Everything was well organized, and we truly felt at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely love to come back!

9.0Nice rooms with comfortable beds in the centre of town. Quite location. I am light sleeper, but I could sleep with windows open as street very quite, without traffic
− AC too loud. They should find a better solution for situation when keys are locked in the room

9.0We loved our stay at La Torre del Kastelli. The location was perfect for enjoying Chania—far enough from the busy harbor to sleep quietly, but close enough to easily enjoy everything. Our bedroom was the perfect size, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Having an elevator to bring up luggage was great, and the separate kitchen and terrace were a real plus. Obviously, being in the old town means it is not very car-friendly. However, you can drive in to drop off your luggage (even though the signs say "residents only") and then park at the recommended free parking lot, which is just a 10-minute walk away.
