Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fantastisch! Auch die Größe ist super, mit einer Familie mit 2 Kindern hat man ausreichend Platz. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

− Es sollte der Hinweis gegeben werden das die Wohnung in einem nicht fertiggestelltem Haus liegt. Da ist der erste Eindruck komisch. die Wohnung selbst ist aber völlig in Ordnung.

My extended family, a group of 3 adults + 2 teens had the pleasure of staying at Marianthi Beach House, and we had a great stay there. The location is unbeatable—just a stone's throw away from the beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sea whenever you please. The house itself is cozy and well-equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The house was very clean and we had a pleasant sweet treat on the house 🤩 upon our arrival. Everything is new, and it is exactly how the photos look like. Additionally, having a supermarket nearby was a huge plus, making it easy to stock up on essentials. One of the highlights was the seawater, which was refreshingly cool, crystal clear, and perfect for a relaxing swim. Overall, Marianthi Beach House provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tranquility. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beachside retreat. Last but not least Tavernas at Agia Pelagia are simply wow - very welcoming, delicious food, and very cozy! ❤️

Excellent location. A few exposed cables around the place as its clearly still being finished. Most annoying is the power all turns off when you leave so cannot run washing machine while out or have one person come and go while another is sleeping/ showering etc without leaving the side doors unlocked & climbing over the wall. No instructions- you need to heat up the hot water via the fuse panel. Brand new washing machine. Internet is very slow, painfully so at peak times but this seems to be the same for most of Crete

Our stay in Agia Pelagia had some notable highlights. The host was very responsive, promptly providing us with the exact location of the apartment when we had trouble finding it. The process of retrieving the key from a safe was quick and easy, allowing us to settle in without delay. The apartment's location was exceptional. Situated close to the beach on the ground floor, it offered the convenience of walking in our swimwear and a towel to the beach and returning to dry off on the porch. This proximity to the beach significantly enhanced our stay.

− The building was partially incomplete, with only three apartments finished, raising questions about future construction. Having just one key was inconvenient. If one person stayed behind, we had to choose between leaving them without power and air conditioning, waking them upon our return, or waiting for them to wake up, none of which were ideal solutions. The apartment's design had flaws, such as poorly placed electrical outlets and one bedroom without a window for fresh air. Additionally, we faced practical issues: a malfunctioning toilet, no hot water initially, and missing basic kitchen utensils. Although the host quickly addressed these issues, better initial communication or a guidebook could have prevented these inconveniences. Living in the apartment temporarily would have helped the host identify and rectify these problems beforehand. Moreover, the place was not properly cleaned. We found trash in the trashcan when we arrived, which was disappointing and impacted our first impression. Lastly, although there was free WiFi, it was unreliable and did not work half of the time, causing additional frustration.

We have been to Agia Pelagia many times and again very satisfied, we were accommodated in a new, modern apartment, very close to the beach. We love the area of Agia Pelagia. The owners Nikos and Kaliopi are very helpful and nice people and always willing to give an advice. Hope to return back. Marek
