10.0We enjoyed our experience with flying into Siem Reap from Saigon the hotel organised airport transfers and local tours day 1 by aircon car to Kam Plong Phluk visiting Asia biggest freshwater lake Day 2 by local VIP to Angkor Wat Tuk Tuk both including driver and very knowledgeable English speaking tour guide all organised effortless ly for us by the hotel, afternoons were the hotel rooftop bar and pool for sunsets. Lovely friendly staff 💕

10.0Lo staff è eccezionale. Sono delle persone speciali, tutte davvero. Al solo pensiero di come ci hanno trattato mi vengono i brividi. Neanche in un resort extra lusso hanno questa sensibilità, dolcezza ed attenzione verso i clienti. Il resto (la piscina, la posizione), sono servizi aggiuntivi che rendono ancora più piacevole il soggiorno. Ma la differenza, come spesso accade, l’hanno fatta le persone.
