Great location, food and staff
5.0The location is right across lake Victoria, the staff were very polite and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable and the food was great despite getting my breakfast order wrong.
− The room we were given needs a little upgrade and renovation and the balcony doors (our room) need fixing because they couldn't close. That scared me and I couldn't sleep well.

− The cost for the room was more than other hotels more comfortable than there like KOKI HOTEL. They have rooms for 40$ very nice with breakfast included. WIFI at Victoria was worse. ⁸
