Amazing house, next to the forest. Nice nature around. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were with hot water.

Our big family spent a wonderful week in this incredible place. And it was unbeatable. The house and the surrounding area are really like in the photo. And around amazing nature, clear and fresh air and birdsong that wakes you up in the morning. Jacuzzi with warm water, sauna, barbecue area, billiards - everything perfectly complemented our vacation. The only thing we didn't use was the pool. But it was still too cold for it. Almost nothing was working in Borovets, because the ski season was already over, but in Samokov we found delicious and inexpensive restaurants, shops, and entertainment for children. Although we were with small children, we did not order any additional services. But when we arrived, a nice bonus awaited us - a children's playpen for sleep and a small playground on the territory (slide, swings). Thanks for our amazing rest in the amazing place!

− The description does not mention an additional deposit that needs to be paid upon check-in. We were ready for this because we found out about this a few days before arriving from reviews. But it would be greate to have this information in the description or check-in conditions. P.S. We got our deposit back - there were no problems with it.

Very nice property, considering facilities and comfort. A bit far, but overall great.

− No information on the initial deposit needed prior to checking in. Also, we asked for an earlier check-in hour in the initial reservation, that was not respected, and one of our friends who arrived earlier couldn't be accomodated earlier.
