− Wir hatten uns extra ein Hotel mit Blick auf den Kilimandscharo gebucht und uns sehr darauf gefreut. Die Überraschung war allerdings groß – leider im negativen Sinne. Das Zimmer war überhaupt nicht sauber. Das Moskitonetz hatte mehrere Löcher und darauf lagen sogar tote Motten. Das Badezimmer war stark verkalkt, im Abfluss lagen Haare, die Wände waren beschädigt und selbst im Schrank war ein großes Loch. Ich finde es nicht zu viel verlangt das Zimmer zu reinigen bevor neue Gäste eintreffen. Einmal rüber wischen und den Spiegel sauber machen ist nicht schwer. Dafür sollten wir 30 € pro Nacht bezahlen. Den Kilimandscharo konnte man leider auch nicht sehen Wetter bedingt. Man könnte viel aus der guten Lage machen aber leider wird das gar nicht genutzt renovation dringend notwendig!! Leider wurden wir auch überhaupt nicht herzlich empfangen oder betreut. Auf unser Abendessen mussten wir fast zwei Stunden warten. Bezahlt haben wir dafür 7 US-Dollar pro Person und bekamen lediglich etwas Reis mit Erbsen sowie Hähnchenreste mit viel Knorpel. Insgesamt war das eine riesige Enttäuschung.
