10.0We had a wonderful stay at the Commons. The units are very thoughtfully designed, well maintained, stocked with all amenities and perfect for families. The game room and turf lawn are an added bonus!

8.0Everything was fairly clean and comfortable but the biggest disappointment was no swimming pool! After tons of fees, the price ended up being almost double what was advertised as the per night price. Very misleading. TV in bedroom/s would have been nice. Not as close to the beach or downtown Seaside as I’d hoped…..definitely not walking distance. Washer and dryer would have been helpful too. They have you take out the garbage and wash dishes…..not a huge deal except that they are charging you a huge cleaning fee.

10.0Such a cute spot. In walking distance to the Seaside Beach. Although walking with little ones you may want a stroller. Amenities were so many things to do and lots of fun. Air hockey, oversized chess pieces, enough things to do to keep the family busy. The house was perfect with everything we needed for a family of 5 plus a beautiful view of the pond. Have I mentioned the fire pit? Overall just a vibe! The property Manager was effective in communication and was there to answer all my questions, which there weren’t many. Highly recommended!!

8.0Great property. There wasn’t enough cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, including trash bags for the entire 5 day stay. Also the smoke deter would go off anytime we showered or cooked on the stovetop otherwise it was a great property
