The apartment was very clean and spacious. Perfect for friends staying with you since the bedrooms were on opposing sides of the apartment next to a bathroom. The check in was not nearly as complicated as implied. And the parking garage certainly was nice. And the A/C was awesome in the 100 degree Denver heat.

− This seems silly but for the price, could you add curtains or security shades? They had a roll up cloth blind but none of us were persuaded that the unhoused sleeping outside our window or those walking dogs couldn't see inside. Not to mention the street light was shining right into those windows. Drapes would have been very helpful. The bed was incredibly firm. And the pillows were far too soft. So none of us slept well due to the light, the bed and the pillows. I figured at the price I paid, it would have been a home away from home. I think it's time for the owners to go in and stay the night so they see what their guests are experiencing.

Staying at Kasa RiNo was great. We needed a 2bd, 2ba, kitchen and laundry room and that is what we got! Everything we needed was provided. Would definitely stay here again. The price was great with what we got. Pool was great! The new areas outside that the city is developing are nice to walk around and play at. I know some people say parking is crazy, but when you park in the correct parking garage, it is perfect. Parking is in a locked covered garage, so that made me feel safer about our vehicle. You have to use a keycard to get into buildings and elevator.

− Bed was a little hard. People say outside noises are a distraction, but I honestly don't think they are that bad. Our room did have a noise machine in it, but I did not use it. No construction noises.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The pros did not outweigh the cons.

The price was affordable, it was mostly clean. They set up a nice anniversary surprise for us inside complete with candles and rose petals, that was a very kind gesture. They also gave us free tickets to a comedy club, which was fun!

− The shower didn’t drain. The washing machine smells awful and made our clothes smell bad too! The dishes were dirty in the cabinets, I had to wash all of them before using. Directions for using the parking garage were vague, it took multiple trips to and from to get the key card to work right and figure it out. They charged us for damage we didn’t cause and accused us of smoking in the apartment which we did not do.

Convenient Denver

Loved the modern rooms and space. It waa convenient to downtown with access to it's many amenities. The staff was responsive prompt to address issues we had during our stay.

− The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
