Great potential, Company has to put more effort in to maintenance and customer service !
7.0Specious and clean Pool Owners compensated us later on with several issues and problems
โ Some of the issues: - Place was not ready and they had us wait with kids out side for an hour - master bed room door was broken and did not close at all. It stayed wide open we had to put something temporary โฆ - kids room door was broken as well ! Kids got locked inside without us being able to open from outside. - no toiletries as advertised - no kitchen towels - laundry machine - no access to it - area was blocked with construction and vegetation - the first day out of three was spent on dealing with maintenance
