2.0The website falsely claims to be 1.2 miles from LHR, yet the property is in Staines, which was a 40 pound taxi ride. I was unable to contact anyone, once at the property. I waited there for hours, before giving up. So, I walked 2 miles to a bus stop and got to Hatton station, where I caught a taxi to the lightyears better Ibis Hotel, which cost another 30 pounds.The worse bit was Relaxing was anything but because there was no contact or anything about. Hard to believe one could find one's self in the middle of nowhere in London, but I did. it was a lesson that cost me over 300 pounds. Thus, I shall never use Expedia for anything again!
Frustrating stay not recommended
2.0Arrived at the site and could not gain entry, after over an hour of messages and phone calls we finally were able to get in. The provider never sent the proper email which I had to submit to get the instructions and code for the key. Wifi as described in email was not available. Sent a message to provider and never received a response.
