− Picky, but the sink plug doesn’t work in room 5 to allow the sink to fill up and a fridge would be useful even if a camping size.
Overall a satisfactory good value stay.

− Room was very hot due to outside temperature, provided fan was effective, security flashlight outside near to window came on regularly overnight

Spotlessly clean, convenient and exceptionally reasonably priced.

− It was very warm but we had just come to the end of a heatwave. A fan was provided and we bought our own but it was still very warm on the first floor. We could have done with an extra toilet roll. Hay fever depleted the one we had very quickly!

10.0Fabulous location for the race course lovely area, great pub/ restraunt next door serving delicious food. Immaculately clean room, comfortable bed with lots of little extras in room tea coffee etc.
