When we arrived we were provided the incorrect room which was even smaller. This was soon sorted however it did start ou
7.0The best way to travel around the city was by tram and there was a tram stop with staff providing information only 50 yards away. Trams were also very frequent to the old town, railway station and lake Zürich and only about ten minutes away.Staff were polite and accommodating.Breakfast good.
− We had a queen room with balcony.. You could not class it as a balcony as there was insufficient room to sit there-only standing room. The room was adequate but small.

From October to April, the restaurant is open from 06:00 to 22:00. On weekends and public holidays, it opens at 07:00.
