Helpful staff, very close to the beach

− Workers stayed there throughout our stay, doing house works all over the pool area, so you dont have any privacy apart from the fact that they live upstairs.

WARNING / SCAM (40 bedrooms, not 5 as indicated)

WARNING : The house does not have 5 bedrooms as indicated, but more than 40! The owner lies to her guests, saying that they will have the house and pool to themselves.... I booked for myself and my family and asked her several times if it was PRIVATE (because my dad is sick), and she lied to me for months. On the second evening (we were only staying 6 nights) a group of 28 people arrived at the house...with more than 12 babies and children. Everyone in the neighbourhood knows that the owner rips off tourists. The only thing that is true is that the house is 500 metres from the beach, so we were able to stay at the beach and eat in the nearby restaurants (the kitchen in the house is too dirty to eat in). Despite all that, the price is right…. (Fortunately !!!)

− Scam : more than 40 bedrooms, you will share with others groups…. Cockroaches in the fridge, not clean at all. No AC, no Wifi… The owner never replied to my messages about her lies.

There was absolutely nothing likable about the house.

− Advertised under wrong name, the real name is KIVULI VILLAS. Very dirty and unhygienic, not safe, overpriced (careful fraud) dangerous facility.
