10.0The hotel is located near Ayacucho´s main square and is close to local attractions, restaurants and travel companies. Rooms were clean and spacious. There was a table were one can work or have a meal. Breakfast was good: a choice of freshly squeezed orange juice or papaya juice, choice of boiled, scrambled or fried eggs, bread and coffee. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

10.0The hotel was very clean, rooms were very spacious and had a table that could be used for work or even have a meal, if brought from outside. Staff was very attentive. I asked for hot water late at night and a hot cup of water was delivered in almost no time. It took a while for the hot water to come out of the shower but it eventually did. Breakfast was included in the room rate and it was really good. They serve a choice of freshly squeezed orange juice or papaya juice, choice of eggs (or local cheese) and bread and freshly brewed coffee.

− Lack of hot water, everytime we had to go down and inform personel who just advised to keep water open for 5-10 minutes (terible idea when it comes to current situacion with the water in Peru). True is that after few minutes they just change something on their side and then hot water apears. Terrible personel! Not helpfull with any advice like laundry service, even was not able to order or advice taxi service to the bus station. Very empty and sad place - do not recommend at all!
