Amazing location in Koukaki close to everything.

Fantastic location in Koukaki. 1 block away from supermarket, coffee shops, patisseries, mini markets, and restaurants nearby. 2 blocks away is a hidden gem called Leather Factory (custom made leather jackets for 89 Euro). 10-15 minutes walk from Plaka, Acropolis, Acropolis Museum. Apartment is on the first floor in a building with a small elevator. Two balconies. Air conditioning and heating worked well as did the hot water. Full kitchen was nice with microwave, stovetop and oven though we didn't cook during our stay. They gave us 2 sets of keys, which was convenient compared with some other homestays in Athens. Nice dark out rolling blinds along with drapes.

− A bit noisy from street noise but tolerable. Beds were a bit softer than I would like. Bathrooms did not have enough ventilation, but if you left the doors open, they dried out overnight. You had to remember to turn on the hot water 1-1.5 hours before you used the hot water.

The property was great and spacious! Our stay there was amazing! Very nice apartment with very friendly hosts, who helped us with anything we may needed. The location was great everything was near by foot. Strongly recommended!
