9.0L’accueil de notre hôte était très chaleureux. L’appartement (2 chambres) était spacieux et confortable. La literie excellente, la salle de douche impeccable. Et le petit déjeuner matinal copieux, varié avec toujours une présence chaleureuse de notre hôte. Top

10.0Struttura nuova, camera ampia, ambienti climatizzati, presenza di un grande frigo personale. La nostra era una camera con balcone e avevamo a disposizione anche lo stendibiancheria. La posizione era in linea con quanto cercassi, zona tranquilla, con parcheggio in strada sempre disponibile, ma allo stesso tempo il centro era raggiungibile in un quarto d’ora a piedi. E poi c’è Luca, costante guida e supporto per i suoi ospiti, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza/emergenza; si dedica agli ospiti con sincera passione. Consigliatissimo!

10.0Ci è piaciuto tutto,dalla disponibilità di Luca alla sua fantastica colazione. La consiglio senza alcun dubbio. La posizione non è proprio comodissima, essendo Santa Maria di Leuca tutta salite e discesa.....abbiamo fatto un po'di movimento. Bravi,bravissimi.

Gute Unterkunft mit hübsch ausgestatteten Zimmer mit Frühstück
8.0Wir waren ziemlich enttäuscht, als wir angekommen sind und nicht das anhand von Fotos gebuchte Zimmer bekommen haben, sondern ein ganz anderes das uns überhaupt nicht gefallen hat. Die Dame die uns das Zimmer im Auftrag des Gastgebers gezeigt hat, war wahrscheinlich aufgrund der Sprachbarriere auch nicht wirklich redselig und hat uns gerade mal das Zimmer aufgesperrt. Als wir es nicht schafften die Klimaanlage zum Laufen zu bringen, versuchte es die Dame und schaffte es auch erst, nachdem sie telefonisch vom Gastgeber erfahren hat, dass der Schlüssel am Eingang in ein Schloß an der Wand gesteckt werden muss (quasi wie die Karte oft in den Hotels). Allerdings waren wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt dann schon total entnervt und durchgeschwitzt und haben dann auch mit Nachdruck das gebuchte hübsche Zimmer gefordert. Bis dahin waren wir fast soweit, dass wir wieder abgereist wären - ABER: die Dame hat uns dann den Gastgeber am Telefon weitergereicht und er hat sofort versucht eine Lösung zu finden, denn das gebuchte Zimmer war leider schon an andere Gäste vergeben worden. Wir haben dann letztlich ein schönes und auch akzeptables anderes Zimmer bekommen und konnten endlich ankommen. Die Einrichtung war neuwertig und das Zimmer, eigentlich war es eine Wohnung, war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Parken kann man auf der Straße vor dem Gebäude und je nachdem wo das Zimmer liegt, muss man ein paar Treppenstufen laufen. Das Frühstück war klein aber mehr als ausreichend und gut.
− Es war einfach ein echt schlechter Start! Das hat den ganzen Aufenthalt leider etwas getrübt. Und auch wenn die Dame freundlich und auf Nachfrage hilfsbereit war, wäre es gut, wenn sie etwas mehr engagiert wäre - man würde sich willkommener fühlen. Da der Aufenthalt im Großen und Ganzen dann aber doch schön war, vergeben wir 8 Punkte statt 9, die die Unterkunft durchaus verdient hätte, wenn alles einwandfrei gelaufen wäre.
