It was a terrible such service provider should not be a partner to hotels. Com as they corrupted the reputation name of thier parents The management need to be trained about customer care service. loyalty . honesty and so on she does not have human manner and work ethics / moral the way she speaks to customer they given to customer , often in a deliberate attempt to make them believe something which is not true with my friends we disappointed that is why we canceled staying in Dubai and buck to abudhabi that night as the cancelation policy was non refundable
