− Location, but that’s my fault, l didn’t realise it was in the business district. Brilliant if you’re doing business there.

− Tedious check-in. Booking wasn't found at first, then they insisted the room wasn't paid yet, despite me showing credit card statement and email confirmation of payment. Rooms are just ok, nothing special at all, not spacious. Definitely not worth 16k pesos without breakfast. No nice view, literally nothing in the room. I was shocked when I saw the interior. Cherry on top, valet lost my car keys, I kid you not. Waited 90 minutes after checkout to hear they found them on parking deck #2, whatever that .means. No proper apology, no free lunch nothing. Definitely not coming back. Much better hotel with nicer and bigger rooms nearby for a 100$ less. Thumbs down from us to Westin.
