− - Unaufmerksamer Service: Das Personal ignoriert die Gäste weitgehend. Getränke werden nicht nachgefüllt, leere Gläser nicht abgeräumt und Bestellungen nicht aufgenommen. - Mangelhafter Check-in: Kaum Informationen zum Hotel. Ein Self-Check-in wäre genauso informativ gewesen. Wichtige Hinweise, etwa dass die Zimmerreinigung nur auf Anfrage erfolgt, fehlen. - Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Für den gebotenen Service ist das Hotel deutlich zu teuer.
Super Aufenthalt gehabt. Würde ich aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.
10.0Der Flair ist außergewöhnlich, aber in sich komplett stimmig. Die Lage ist super, mit direkter U-Bahn Verbindung in ein paar Gehminuten. Und auch die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
− In dem Hotel wurde nur englisch gesprochen. Der Großteil des Personals konnte kein deutsch. An sich für eine Großstadt okay, aber auch etwas befremdlich für ein deutschsprachiges Land.
