The place is good some staff not so nice
8.0The place location is very good. Easy to locate. The male bloke who received us during check-in is very accomodating with a smile and helpful. Same on our first day in the restaurant when we had our lunch before check-in, the lady is friendly and helpful. Over all staff are all good except 1 lady receptionist.
− The receptionist said call if we need anything and to order breakfast, Even give us calling card. But the problem is __ the phones are not working. We use our mobile phones and even the number is not working. We went to the reception to make order the lady receptionist said we will have the same breakfast because we didnt make order, but phones are not working. My husband complained and doesnt want the same breakkie thats when the receptionist said we can just go to the restaurant and make orders. She's not smiling/not friendly unlike the bloke. My sons room. The hot water is not working he complained and nothing happen. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and he is not feeling well because of weather changes so he take cold water for shower. The hot water kèttle is absurd. Like seriously laughable because the socket is high and the kettle is with very short wire. We really dont understand how to use it and why it is like that.

6.0I'm not here to say bad things about the property but this is my experience there. I'm visiting from United States I booked months in advance ask for up stairs room was emailed back saying they look into it ok that's fine. I'm on vacation you know rest and relaxation they are having construction done and they put me in the part of the building that is being worked on every morning hammering cutting and people talking outside my room did I say I was booked for 7 days. The staff was very nice I feel I was put in the room because I am visiting from United States I maybe wrong I hope I am but this is my feelings. Also the place needs a major update they don't even have USB PORT in the rooms. The restaurant food was good with room service and the staff was very nice really my only complaints are about my room..

8.0It was nice but the building was very old and the breakfast was nice. I did like the swimming pool with the water slide. Had to pay a little more for early check-in. Overall i give it a 7 on a scale from 1 to 10.

− The hot water heater wasn't working, bathroom equipment seemed not well cleaned and maintained, and the light and noise were coming through the door.
Overall fairly nice stay. Covenient location
5.0Location and friendly staff. Swimming pool is also good.
− The room was not thoroughly cleaned, we stayed at room 205 and the toilet was grimy. We requested for a cleanup but it was the same.
