Rude, poor communication, tokk money for no stay

− I was told they couldn't accommodate our party due to their rooms, so they said they had cancelled my booking - only they didn't cancel and took the money even though we didn't stay. And they haven't replied to follow up messages so they're rude and uninterested. Dont stay here, much niver alternatives who communicate with people.

6.0Habitación con personalidad. Agua caliente y cama cómoda. La ubicación está bien, fácil de encontrar a pocos pasos de la entrada a la Medina. Assisa es muy simpática y atenta, cada mañana nos preparaba un desayuno rico!!!
− La habitación es muy fría en invierno y solo hay un pequeño radiador, que no es suficiente para calentar la sala. La cisterna del wc está rota y hay que tirar cubitos de agua. Tan solo funcionaba un enchufe en toda la habitación.

4.0Tout au plus, ok. Déjeuner satisfaisant mais servi tard. Belle terrasse Personnel très gentil mais ne parle qu'arabe.
− Extrêmement difficile à trouver. La chambre était minuscule et on devait sortir pour aller à la salle de bain Pas assez de papier de toilette.

9.0Außergewöhnliches Riad, sehr, sehr gute Lage – fast mit dem Auto erreichbar, dann nur noch ein paar Stufen zu Fuß. Liebevolles Personal, dass uns sehr umsorgt hat – reichhaltiges, ganz tolles Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit toller Aussicht über die Stadt, – Wenn ihr in Chefchauen übernachten wollt, sucht euch unbedingt dieses Riad aus! — gleich unter der Medina.
