− Need to go a far away to get the key. Its totally ridiculous & staffs are too much reluctant regarding this. They should be fined for it. Very bad experience with luggage & kids. Totally ridiculous.

8.0Kasimpulannya okey ,, dtg jam 4 tp dia bgtau tak leh masuk lg.. Ckp kena kuar lewat bg sejam je.. Tg diaorg call jam 6 lebih br call kata br leh masok... Ermmm kawasan suram.. Seronok lg Windmill
We asked for glasses to be supplied and never ever got them during our one week stay.

− Not very good help/instructions for locating the apartment.Shortage of kitchen supplies. No dish towels. No drinking glasses. Reading lights in bedroom not working.
