9.0Nice hotel, very conveniently located. Very helpful staff. We asked if we could change to a different room, the staff were very helpful and obliging. We opted for breakfast, which was at a different hotel, a few paces away, the breakfast was excellent.

− عدم وصول الحجز بسرعه حيث انني حجزت عن طريقكم وحينما وصلت اليهم قالو لم يصل الحجز ادفع لنا ودفعت

I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it.
9.0The location was perfect, very central. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and had everything one needs.
− The breakfast is in another hotel nearby. A nice breakfast but going to another building was a bit of an effort. When things break down they are not fast at fixing it. For the one week I stayed there 1 of the 2 lifts wasn’t working and they never got round to fixing the desk lamp in my room.
Breakfast not served on-site but across the street inside The Cumberland, London.
