− Por cuestiones ajenas a la voluntad de los dueños el agua es bastante poca para poder bañarse. Uno entiende la cuestión en san Andrés con el agua potable.

− Mejorar el aseo, Puertas no funcionan, todo está caído y deteriorado. Llevar sus propias sabanas, Cabello, basura debajo de las camas, sabanas no aseadas. Agua salada para bañarse, lavamanos con agua salada.

− Muchas cucarachas pequeñas, una pintadita y arreglar las puertas de los closet y las divide baño

9.0La ubicación, es realmente cerca a la zona central, a la playa , tiene muchos lugares donde se puede comprar comidas y demas para la estancia
− El problema q tiene con las cucarachas aunq no es demasiado si se torna algo canson por unas cuantas que se ven , de resto el apto es perfecto, aparte ña ubicación ayuda demasiado

8.0Sus habitaciones amplia, la cocina equipada, el aire en todas las habitaciones, excelente iluminación y el servicio de doña María que siempre estuvo presente.
− Invertir en la estructura que se ve bastante deteriorada, especialmente por fuera, en el apartamento donde me quede era bueno, pero les pueden hacer algunos retoques de pintura y quedaría mejor.
