1.0Établissement bien situé dans le centre historique, dommage qu’un sdf dorme devant la porte d’entrée
− La douche a l’eau froide, sans aucune pression. Le linge douteux (coussins tachés, drap housse déchiré, serviettes de toilette usées). Porte de la chambre vitrée, bouillante et qui ferme mal. Manque d’entretien général.

9.0La ubicación, el desayuno y el servicio tan favorable y ayudable. Muy atentos y serviciales, muy agradable haber compartido tiempo con Rosi e Isa.
− El agua necesitaba algo mas de mantenimiento porque la espuma estaba muy sucia y dejaba rastro marron.

10.0Todo estuvo genial, la ubicación, la cama y la habitación bonita y amplia. El desayuno estaba buenísimo y Rosi era un encanto, nos trató muy bien y nos pareció muy amable. Repetiría si volviera!

10.0Todo. Rosi es la mejor, te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento, sus desayunos, recomendaciones, sin duda es la persona que hace que la estancia sea aún más increíble de lo que ya es. La ubicación de casa Charlotte es buenísima al lado de la plaza de los novios. La comunicación desde que llegas para entrar al hotel es súper atenta y están atentos todo momento para lo que necesites. Sin duda repetiremos en Casa Charlotte. Los desayunos de Rosi los vamos a echar de menos!
