− Some of the radiators were on. If it had been a hot day that would have been an issue.

− On arrival the house was freezing no heating turned on. The cleaning was not great if it was done at all? (The stairs really dirty etc...) the agent did offer to send a cleaner but as it was christmas day i declined The 2 bedrooms are small up a steep staircase..

9.0The cottage is super homely and presented very well. It was mostly clean other than small bits of dust, the kids room was the perfect touch and my autistic son loved the hop scotch rug. There was little touches all over like biscuits, good toiletries that made the stay better. Would recommend and return.
− It was so loud in the night it kept me up there was fighting in the lane, someone had booted the back gate. Also little tripping hazard in the kitchen which is covered by mats would be easier to notice if wasn't covered, part of the bathroom sink was broken and just placed back in which my autistic son kept trying to pull out and could of cut himself and all the toys(which is a lovely idea) under the TV weren't in the correct boxes and just rammed in messy so we couldn't really play any of the board games. Also don't get the need of two tumble dryers. Nothing major just small things that could be easily fixed. Nothing that wouldn't stop me going back.

− It could have been a little cleaner. We were missing the bedding on one of the beds.
