7.0Location is Amazing, You need a quick, targeted makeover that lifts the property from “old and neglected” to “location‑appropriate, high‑quality Airbnb” while keeping your amazing staff.
− The house is old and desperately needs a makeover. It has to suit the location. It was not well cleaned, curtains dirty, couch also, Staff is Amazing and responsive but needs an urgent revamp to suit location and quality for Airbnb

6.0The place was clean. Loved the seaview of the apartment . The beds were very comfortable
− The sliding door and gate in the lounge needs a major upgrade.It was not easily accessible to open by yourself ,it needs a major upgrade especially since the apartment is facing the ocean most of the time it was a struggle to open it.The air conditioners were not working in the lounge and one room. In the bedroom it came on however we had to switch it off via the main switch as the remote was not working. Too many remotes for the TV and air-conditioning. Kitchenware needs to be upgraded
