8.0When we did have the hotel owner/concierge she was very helpful - but the front desk was not "manned" much. You have a code to get in so its not necessary, but its still helpful. The location was AMAZING.
− Its like a minimalistic hostel for adults. No cups, glasses etc, but also no kitchen (I think) and the room was not being cleaned so we had to ask them to do so as it was getting filthy.

10.0Al principio vi muchas reseñas negativas y no sabía que me encontraría, pero menos mal que no me dejé llevar por ellas! Me he alojado esta noche y es un hotel super bonito, limpio y acogedor. Probablemente quien no entienda la esencia de este hotel es porque no es el tipo de turista adecuado…Es un hotel que respeta la esencia de Menorca, yo soy de Mallorca y me encantó ver que se respetara el ambiente de ahí y no se modificara a lo que el turista espera ver. A los que os quejáis porque no ponen toallas todos los días y demás, en el cartel que ponen ellos en la habitación lo pone muy claro: “el servicio es cada X días”…Se os olvida que no es una cadena hotelera, simplemente un “pequeño” negocio y eso es lo que lo hace más especial…Lo que hay que hacer es ser más cuidadosos y generar menos basura, es un hotel si, pero no tenéis gente que trabaje SOLO para vosotros… La ubicación es excelente, no hay ruido, todo es calma. Volveremos seguro
