− No ice in Florida room. No coffee in Florida room. Pool wasn't clean. Leaves and trash in bottom of pool, and floating on surface.

− Al colchon le sonaban los resortes, algunos enchufes no funcionaban, por lo que las lamparas de la mesa de noche tampoco. Una de las lamparas tenia moho/hongos. No encontramos papel higiénico.

1.0The location was convenient.
− It is all digital. No real person there to assist. We were not given our check in information at the specified time. I had to call and was on hold for a very long time before getting through to a person. No one would respond to the messages through booking.com. Once we finally got the room number and code, the code would not work and set off an alarm and locked down the system. We ended up taking a loss on the room and booking another hotel.
Retrocharme vor der Tür von St. Augustine
8.0Ich liebe den Retrocharme von solchen Motels. Es liegt gut an einer Einfahrtsstraße nach St. Augustine, welches zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Der Pool ist wunderbar. In der früheren Rezeption gibt es Tee oder Kaffee. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Das Hotel ist sehr einfach und alt, aber der Preis, Charme und Lage machten dies für uns wieder wett. Ich würde hier wieder buchen.
− Es gibt tatsächlich keine Rezeption/Personal vor Ort und das elektronische Einchecken verlief schwierig: der Link hierzu war (von Booking.c?) gelöscht worden und daher ging das Prozedere dann mangels US-Tel, nur über Email. Am Ende war es aber machbar, nur das Auschecken nicht. Dies habe ich dann einfach auch per Mail zur Kenntnis gegeben.

8.0Ease of check in and location! Our room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Good value
− The outer area needs a little TLC. The pool deck needs to be blown off dead plants and busted pots removed and dead foliage from winter freeze trimmed back. Few outdoor lights need bulbs replaced. Just needs a refresh
