If it was not the only available room in town we would have absolutely not stayed here.

The problem with Abilene is that a railroad goes through the middle of town, which across the street from the motel. The entrance to the motel is open, so anyone could walk in. Fortunately, I didn’t have any problems. The room smelled like smoke. There was an ashtray in the room. I did have a good nights sleep.

It was last minute due to a funeral. The price was ok for where we stayed. But was convenient to all places we needed to be. The beds were very comfortable !!!
