10.0Vorallem das Personal war wirklich unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Egal was ich brauchte sie haben es immer schnell und gut hinbekommen. Die Unterkunft hatte eine super Lage in senggigi. Man war nah am Strand und man hatte ein paar gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Es hat mich sehr gefreut die Zeit dort verbringen zu dürfen und ich hoffe dass ich bald wieder zurück bin

− No fridge, while a reusable water bottle was in the room the outside coolers for water where turned off, providing no cold water for the bottle
