6.0The air conditioner was not working. Noted the side window was opened but could not close it. Had to leave the curtain open so that cold air from outside can come in. As it was the new year eve, lots of fire works took place. It was so noisy that I could not sleep at all.

10.0房間整潔乾淨，舒服，工作人員態度非常好，我訂的山景大床房，因窗戶對著主幹道有些吵，前台幫我換了安靜的房間，因有差價，還貼心的送了2杯咖啡給我。非常推薦大家去住這家在滇池附近的酒店！
