The gentleman who checked me in was pleasant, but the room was horrible. I paid $170 for two nights and it was not worth even close to that amount. Broken furniture with scotch tape holding it together, cigarette butt in one of the beds under the blanket so that tells you they didn’t even change out the bedding. The bathroom sinks plug had a band-Aid holding it together. Had to wear my candles the whole time because floors were disgusting. They said the room had AC and that was a straight up lie. No AC and it was so hot I. The room had to keep the door open and then the person staying next to me kept smoking and all the smoke went into my room and then even came to my room and asked me to give him a ride, which you could tell he was on some kind of substance because his vehicle was right in front of his room that was running just fine. Couldn’t go get another hotel room any where else because the cost of this room took all my money I had available so had to deal with it but will never stay there again. Very disappointing to say the least. I have worked in the hotel business for over 10 years as a housekeeper and front desk and was ashamed of this place. They just straight up didn’t care about the property or their customers. This place is for homeless and drug addicts to stay.

Night one air condition was out I complained at 2 am said it would be fixed next day it was not I was given a fan for some comfort both nights very little sleep due to no air conditioning asked for some refund but was told had to check with owner big dead spider behind night stand head board dusty bathroom base edging coming off sink handle very hard to operate walls in bathroom were dirty and dried snott

Dear Expedia Team, My stay at this hotel was unacceptable. The room was dirty, I found a cockroach in the shower, the mattress was broken, and the curtains did not close properly. There was no functioning air conditioning, so I spent the night in unbearable heat. Despite charging guests $58.00 in advance for damages, This was a terrible which is returned in the morning, yet the room itself was in poor condition: blankets had cigarette burns, the room smelled unpleasant, and overall it was poorly maintained. experience, and I strongly believe this hotel does not meet the quality standards Expedia customers de expect. There were dead bugs in the room. The trash hadn’t been emptied from the previous guest. You get what you pay for, and at least I had some OneKey cash to cover this low quality motel.
