9.0Tvarkinga graži saugi vieta. Maloniai pasitiko ir priėmė namų šeimininkė, davė viską ko reikia. Yra bendras namų ir priėmimo jausmas. Teritorija uždara - geras saugios teritorijos jausmas. Yra geras kondicionierius/šildytuvas. Pusryčiai labai paprasti, bet man patiko ir pakako: kiaušiniai, kava, duonos skrebutis, sausainiai, sultys ir šeimininkės šypsena :)
− Mano numerio langai buvo visada uždaryti langinėmis. Truptį buvo jausmas kad esu kambary be langų. Norėtūsi geriau atvirų langinių bet naktinių užuolaidų kurių nebuvo. Taip būtų erdvės jausmas su langais be langinių.

10.0Es war einfach ein Traum. Wir haben die Villa sehr genossen. Waren 2 Tage dort, und der Pool gehörte uns alleine. Die Aussicht gigantisch. Zum Frühstück gab es Spiegelei.
Prachtige locatie
8.0Wat ons als gezin het meest beviel was de accomodatie. Aanwezigheid van het zwembad en waarvan wij als enigste gasten gebruik van hebben kunnen maken. Omgeving ook prachtig en men kan in de omgeving leuke restaurantjes bezoeken wat wij ook hebben gedaan. Eigenaar ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooiste was ook een geheel eigen prive parkeerplaats en afgesloten toegangspoort.
− Ontbijt viel echter tegen: aangekondigd werd een ontbijtbuffet bestaande uit Ierse/Amerikaanse buffet en als dat zo is weten we helaas niet wat men onder zo'n buffet bestaat. Wel netjes door de eigenaar vermeld dat deze het weekend zelf afwezig was en dat de koelkast gevuld was. Helaas niet om een Iers of Amerikaans ontbijt samen te stellen. We hebben zelf bij een supermarkt spullen gekocht om te ontbijten. Daarnaast hoorden we per toeval dat er ook op een avond een party zou plaatsvinden? We hebben hier geen last van gehad maar vonden dit wel vreemd dat dit per toeval werd aangekondigd. Advies zou zijn te zorgen dat wanneer er gasten zijn er iemand is die ontbijt gereed zou kunnen maken zoals aangekondigd en dat men niet dit zelf ter plekke nog zelf moet regelen.

9.0La struttura è ben organizzata...due camere adiacenti e una sul lato opposto della villa,vicino ai proprietari...zona colazione coperta o a bordo piscina...lettini e ombrelloni a sufficienza...zone d'ombra attrezzate...la proprietaria Georgeta gentile e disponibile...la nostra camera grande e ben pulita con grande bagno...bella la piscina a sfioro con vari accessi. La struttura si trova a circa 800 metri dal centro di Lanuvio che si raggiunge con 10, 12 minuti di strada con marciapiedi con una salita impegnativa...noi non abbiamo mai preso la macchina. Ottimi i ristoranti provati, segnalo Il gladiatore e La piazzetta. Ottima vacanza.
