A relaxing family home for a larger group, very quiet location. Lovely plot size.

Quinta Do Mar location good if you like easy driving access to the beach and a very quiet location. Possible to walk to the renowned boardwalk of the Ria Formosa from the front door of the villa (around 10 minutes)

− Improved social areas for seating on the ground floor. Outdoor furniture needs updating . Guest bathroom shower over the bath old fashioned and needed repairing. Faults in the kitchen, broken granite work top . Black out blinds in the master bedroom would be helpful. Selection of toiletries for the bathrooms non existent so had to go to the supermarket to purchase.
