7.0Czysto, przyjemnie, miła obsługa. Dobry dojazd do najważniejszych atrakcji, blisko przystanki metra i autobusowe, sklep po drugiej stronie ulicy, niedaleko piękny i cichy park Campo Mártires da Pátria. Polecam.
− Średnio czysta okolica. Jeden niezbyt przyjemny incydent z imigrantem z afryki (chyba somalia) biegającym obok budynku hotelu z nożem po ulicy i wrzeszczącym, żeby go zabić i żeby wszyscy się poszli :":"bać. Chociaż to chyba znak czasów.

5.0Positiv hervorzuheben an diesem Hotel ist die gute Lage in der Stadt Lissabon. In der Nähe gibt es Bushaltestellen, mit der alle Plätze in der Stadt gut erreichbar sind. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstücksangebot ist guter Durchschnitt
− Sehr negativ aufgefallen ist, dass es trotz Nachfrage nur gesalzene Butter gibt. Ansonsten können wir über dieses Hotel nicht viel positives berichten. Der Zimmerservice nimmt es mit dem reinigen nicht so genau. Papierkörbe werden nicht geleert, der Boden wird nicht ordentlich gesaugt und es kann auch passieren, dass man überhaupt keinen Zimmerservice an einem Tag hat. Das haben wir an der Rezeption beim auschecken auch deutlich gemacht. Auch die Möglichkeit, Kleider zu verstauen, ist bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt sehr dürftig. Zudem sind die Zimmer wirklich sehr klein. Und leider teilweise auch mit einer nicht so prickelnden Sicht auf den Innenhof. Wir werden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht mehr besuchen.
