10.0Le personnel est hyper serviable et à l'écoute du moindre besoin. Nous étions un groupe de 11 et nous avons été servi comme des rois. Le logement se situe dans un endroit reculé calme au milieu de la campagne avec une vue magnifique depuis les chambres et c'est ce que nous recherchions. Je ne peux que recommander cet endroit si vous cherchez les bruits de la nature

− No grounds maintenance. The projector does not work. Room is about half the size advised.
Cadre et chambre idéal, dommage car service à revoir.
7.0Le calme du village et du lieu. La qualité de la chambre ainsi que le cadre atypique du bungalow. La propreté du bungalow. Le bon rapport qualité-prix.
− Malheureusement 1 seule personne parle anglais et n'est pas toujours présente. La serviabilité du personnel, qui préfère vous servir un repas vite fait pour aller faire la fête à Sapa et vous laisse seul ensuite. Ne prenez pas le chauffeur proposé par le gîte. Il ne reste pas avec vous, vous fait attendre 40 minutes (2 fois dans la même journée) car il préfère faire sa vie plutôt que de s'occuper du client La nourriture fade et sans saveur, vite fait. Manger dehors, seul le petit déjeuner est acceptable.

8.0Das Bett war sehr bequem und komfortabel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Durch die Lage sehr ruhig.
− Es hatte leider viele Insekten die den Weg ins Zimmer fanden. Etwas Abgelegen, nicht viele Möglichkeiten
