− VORSICHT BETRUG! Wir haben das Deluxe Zimmer für eine Nacht auf unserer Motorradreise gebucht. Als wir eingecheckt haben fragte man uns ob wir Klimaanlage möchten. Da das Deluxe Zimmer mit Klimaanlage ist sagte ich ja und das Personal sagte uns das wir extra dafür zahlen müssen. Das Personal sagte dann überhaupt wir müssen das Zimmer bezahlen. Ich habe denen mehrfach die Buchungsbestätigung gezeigt und auch meine Kreditkarten Bezahlungsbestätigung. Sie haben dann den Manager geholt der ebenfalls die Zahlungsbestätigung nicht akzeptiert hat. Das Problem ist man kann auch nicht stornieren da die Zahlung sonst ebenso verfällt. Der Manager hat dann mit dem Eigentümer telefoniert und auch dieser wollte Geld von uns. Wir mussten müde eine halbe Stunde diskutieren bis sie uns dann ein normales Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage gegeben haben obwohl wir das Deluxe Zimmer bezahlt hatten. Es war sehr dreckig und unkomfortabel, die Toilette war kaputt und es gab zum Duschen nur einen Eimer. Morgens gab es keinen Strom und es wurde auch nicht der Generator eingeschalten obwohl wir das dem Personal gesagt haben. Es ist eine Frechheit wie kriminell dieses Hotel ist. Absolute Vorsicht!

1.0Tidak ada hal baik yg bisa di ceritakan apalagi setelah tiba di lokasi penginapan resepsionis meminta biaya tambahan untuk setiap kamar yg kami pesan
− When booking through the app, there were no rules explaining that the accommodation/hotel has its own regulations if we want to stay there. After we arrived at the hotel and during the check-in process, the receptionist suddenly requested an additional fee of Rp100K/room, claiming it was a rule from the hotel management. Because I felt disappointed and deceived, I canceled the booking even though I knew the money I had paid would be lost and non-refundable. Although I lost money, at least I know the quality of that hotel is very poor, and the tiket.com platform should also remove this hotel from its membership to maintain tiket.com's good reputation in the public eye.
