There was a picture on the wall about house rules. These house rules were indicating the house is used for adult activities. If this is the case the house should NOT be available for hire outside of this. I rented this for my wedding and was horrified by seeing the sign.

− It was not clean out the back or on the balcony.

Number of bedrooms.

− Upstairs balcony needs a good clean. House was generally dusty. Most of the beds were ok but bottom bunk "mattress" was extremely thin and uncomfortable. Could use some maintenance, window winder not connected, power point hanging our, ensuite shower leaks large amounts of water and lounge room couch saggy.

Many bedrooms with large comfortable beds

− Drains in both upstairs bathroom were blocked causing them both to flood the bathroom and ensuit. Power point for light switch in child bedroom-unsafe!!! Some windows were unable to close causing it to become quite cold. Heater outdoor only has European point so was unusable. Not enough towels. Check in time was rather late and check out early. Couch in lounge room covered in rather horrible looking stains
