The service could’ve been better

− - misleading advice about laundry. Even though we escalated it, there was no solution. We were advised verbally that the laundry if in bulk was charged per 5 pieces. But they charged us per piece and did not reconfirm prior. - Additionally I asked the hotel to help to warm up my toddler’s food (rice cake with meat) and we were told the hotel cannot help. I understand if it was food for me or my wige but the food was for my 3 years old toddler.
