draps de lit non changer lors de changement client

Bonjour je suis très mécontent de mon séjour concernant la propretés des draps ! vers 22h30 lorsque j'ai tirer la couette du lu j'ai eu la surprise de voir mes draps non changés de la veille alors que ce n'est pas moi qui avait utiliser cette chambre .Taches jaunes sur le drap de dessous présence de cheveux et poils .Vue l'heure tardive et la fatigue , je me suis replier sur le lit une personne . Une chance qu'il y en avait un et pas utilisé la veille par d'autres client . je suis un client régulier , j'attends de votre part un geste commercial et surtout mettre en place un mode opératoire de suivit des chambres qui évitera à nouveau se type de désagrément ! vos chambre on été rafraichie assez récemment pour tant , la salle d'eau a une odeur d'humidité et moisissure désagréable lors de son utilisation.

La chambre est très grande propre et calme , le petit déjeuner était bien et pas cher. Sinon le soir à proximité une pizzeria on a pû se restaurer. Nous sommes restés qu'une nuit pour nous s'était très bien.
