10.0Clean room, very comfy bed ,, great shower, had a balcony looking out on to a square, if arrive by airport,, take the free tram to grand arenas ,, then it’s a 2-3 minute stroll to the hotel,, it’s a good 20+ min walk from terminal 2 ,, grand arenas handy stop to get into nice ,, 7 and 14 day passes r a good option as well!

10.0The room was very clean and very comfortable and the staff excellent! I especially loved the balcony. My only suggestion would be to have either tissues (Kleenex) in the room.

4.0This facility is inadequately operated as a hotel. Perhaps it might be better as an apartment hotel. No instructions provided as in the room on to how to use the stove, microwave or towel warmer. Damaged non stick pot should have been removed or replaced. Makes it looks like you don't care. Coffee packages not supplied on a daily basis. Trash bin not cleared on a daily basis. We will not be recommending this hotel.
