− Noisy at front. ( but anticipated this to some extent on Cromwell Road.Cooking smells at rear ( was a restaurant close?)

8.0Muy buena ubicacion, limpio y muy amplio. Los baños con completos, jabony shampoo, papel wc gran cantidad, secador. Y en la cocina papel de cocina y jabon de limpiar y fairy. Y sobretodo muy bien zapatillas de cortesia de descanso.
− Almohadas muy finas. Las escaleras.

10.0The location is really good. It is close to the subway station and couple tourism place. Lots of restaurants are 5 mins walk from the place
− The place is on 3rd floor without elevator. Will be a bit hard for older people or people with big luggage. However, this is just a small deficiency. We really enjoy our stay there overall.
Location very good but flat tired & dreadful curtains

− No black out curtains so my children and I couldn’t sleep as curtains were very flimsy & there might as well have not been curtains. En-suite was very old/ tired. Floors were a mess all through the flat.

8.0Location very good, close to the tube, a lot of restaurants and a shop nearby. Unfortunately no elevator, stairs tiring. One of the beds was very uncomfortable, the one with the bathroom. But clean and good size of the rooms.
