À l’arrivée, nous avons dû repayer la chambre alors que nous l’avions déjà payé via Expédia. Les gestionnaires de la chambre ne sont pas sur place. La réception de l’hôtel ne peut pas soutenir les clients. Des bris étaient présents dans la chambre avant notre arrivée, mais les gestionnaires, qui ne font pas sur place tentent de nous les facturer. 4 jours après notre départ, la facturation n’est toujours pas réglée. Par ailleurs, l’emplacement est très bien et sécuritaire. La chambre en soit est propre et fonctionnelle. C’est le service de soutien à la clientèle de l’hôtel qui est pourri.
