Buena ubicación, apartamento amplio.

− El proceso de check in fue demorado. Envíe las fotos de los documentos de los huéspedes al correo y se demoraron mucho en responder para que me permitieran el acceso. Había confusión en cuál era mi apartamento, me decían que si tenía dos reservas de dos apartamentos y eso jamás fue así, solo era una reserva para 5 personas. Me dejaron más de una hora con maletas en recepción y con mi familia entre ellos adultos mayores esperando por la pésima gestión. Nunca ofrecieron permanecer más tiempo después del check out como recompensa por tiempo perdido en el check in La cama de la habitación principal suena bastante con el más mínimo movimiento, incómodo dormir con ese ruido. El aire acondicionado no se puede calibrar.

− No me gustó el trato que nos dieron el personal de resección fue poco paciente y fue xenofobico. Todos debemos ser tratado por igual sin importar color raza y color. Tienen que tener personal amable que brinden un buen servicio al recibir a los huéspedes.
